  • Understand the signs of perimenopause/menopause post hysterectomy + pursue early treatment for symptoms.

  • Get regular metabolic health check ups and address things when they’re suboptimal, don’t want until they’re irreversible.

  • Do more boring workouts. Repeating the same things over and over is how you get stronger. Doing random things = random results. Many women hold themselves back by pursuing variety over objective progress.
